1. Access & Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and agree to comply with these Terms to create an account, purchase credits, or process documents. All registered sessions remain your responsibility, so keep credentials secure and contact us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

2. Credits, Billing, & Checkout

Credits are sold in pre‑priced packages and may be used exclusively for processing documents via the API gateway. Purchase transactions are handled by Stripe and subject to their additional terms. Credits do not expire.

When you initiate a checkout session, we collect minimal billing metadata (amount, user identifier, credits purchased) to reconcile usage and do not store raw payment credentials. You remain responsible for keeping your billing account accurate and up to date.

3. Acceptable Use

The service is provided for fair, lawful processing of financial documents. Do not submit content that violates copyright, contains harmful malware, or infringes on third-party rights. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if we detect abusive behavior, excessive load, or material falsification of data.

• Only submit documents you own or are legally permitted to process.
• Do not reverse-engineer, redistribute, or resell the service itself.
• Use the API gateway responsibly; automated scraping or denial-of-service attacks are prohibited.

4. Service Termination & Modifications

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time, but we will notify you via e-mail when we make material changes to pricing or availability. You may terminate your account by contacting support, and we may terminate or restrict access with notice for any breach of these Terms or abusive conduct.

5. Disclaimer & Liability

The portal is provided "as is" without warranties of accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee data outputs, and we are not liable for consequential losses arising from use of the service.
