When you create an account, we collect your email address and any optional display name you provide. We also store credentials securely and do not see raw passwords. Each credit purchase triggers metadata recording (userId, credits purchased, timestamp) to reconcile billing.

We automatically collect usage data such as request timestamps, IP address (if provided by the gateway), browser signals, and parser selection to diagnose service health and tune performance.

2. How We Use Data

We use account data to authenticate you, associate credits, and deliver personalized messaging (e.g., verification reminders). Usage data powers the analytics dashboards and helps us troubleshoot issues or abuse. We never sell your data to third parties and only expose metadata necessary for integrating with service providers.

3. Cookies & Third-Party Tools

We set secure cookies for NextAuth session management. The portal also uses third-party scripts to render UI components and checkout flows; their cookies follow the provider's policies. You can control cookies through your browser, but disabling essential cookies may break authentication or checkout.

5. Security & Updates

We use TLS for all network traffic. While we strive for strong defenses, no system is perfect, so please alert us if you believe your account has been compromised. We will update this policy when our practices change and notify you of material updates.
